Goebel is of the \u201cHighway Bridge Approach\u201d in St. Charles in the mid- to late- 1900s (aughts.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\">The terminus of the Old St. Charles Bridge was on the north end of the Old St. Charles Main Street business district at 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and Adams Streets.
